  1. STEP 1: Dinner by 8:00pm, maximum 8:30pm.
  2. STEP 2: Keep Laptop/book (your morning work) ready.
  3. STEP 3: Keep Glass of water ready IN YOUR ROOM before sleeping.
  4. STEP 4: Set an alarm of 5am away from bed.
  5. STEP 5: Read your "WHY" (Purpose/Passion of life).
  6. STEP 6: Get in Bed by 9:15 & tell your pillow to wake you up at 5am. It may seem funny but it actually works
